As a Roofing Foreman, you'll be at the heart of our operations, leading by example and ensuring every project is completed safely, on time, and with exceptional quality. 

What You'll Do:

• Oversee a team of skilled roofers, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and with top-quality workmanship.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during projects, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
• Prevent delays, maintain budgets, and ensure smooth project completion.
• Enforce OSHA standards and ensure a safe work environment for your crew.
• Coach and mentor crew members, helping them grow in their skills and careers.
• Quickly address challenges, adapting to ensure projects stay on track.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3 or more years of roofing construction experience (residential or light commercial)
• 1 or more years of leadership experience (preferred)
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Physical capability to lift, climb, and perform construction tasks
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• A problem-solving mindset and a commitment to quality and safety

What We Offer:

• Full Time Position
• Competitive salary at $80,000 to $100,000, based on experience.
